Frank Guella is the owner and operator of F&R Construction and Design. Having been in the industry since his teenage years, Frank pursued a college degree while also working in the field gaining hands on experience. He is a graduate of Farmingdale State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management. After graduating, Frank knew his passion was to open up his own business. By combining his years of hands-on work experience with his formal education, Frank founded F&R Construction and Design in 2018. His reputation for innovation, honesty, and a commitment to professionalism is proven through his work and relationships with clients.
